 A national hotel chain was looking to increase sales for two specific target segments: females and business executives.Â
The client turned to our custom audience creation and people management platform to achieve their goal.Â
Approach
We utilized our rich database of consumer information to create two audiences of real, verified people for the hotel chain:
We then deployed email campaigns to both audiences and performed a point-of-sale matchback to verify direct sales from our campaign.Â
RESULTS
The results showed that 28% of sales were from existing customers of which the hotel previously did not have an email address for.Â
72% of new bookings were attributed to brand new customers.Â
Results exceeded expectations and provided a 6.73X return on marketing spend.Â
The client has now established a monthly program to run campaigns for various hotel locations and upcoming promotions.Â
